Project Summary: 111 West 57th Street, also known as the Steinway Tower, is an 82-story, 1,428-foot (435 meter) supertall residential project. Located along Billionaire’s Row on 57th Street near Sixth Avenue, the development consists of the original landmarked Steinway Building designed in 1925, and a new tower. When completed, the tower will be one of the tallest buildings in the United States, as well as the thinnest skyscraper in the world.

: Jimmy Buffet brings the Caribbean lifestye to NYC Time Square. As a destination-style hotel and resort, it offers a wide variety of activities in addition to the rooms, such as numerous bars, restaurants, public spaces and a swimming pool. A notable feature is the suspended airplane hanging from the ceiling. Margaritaville is the first hotel in NYC to open during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Project Summary: A Class A office building, 437 Madison Avenue was built in 1967, with 850,000 square feet of prime commercial office space. A $60 million dollar capital improvement program has completely transformed the building, featuring fully modern environments, including a redesigned lobby and plaza area, upgraded interior corridors and bathrooms, new building systems and mechanicals, and restored exteriors, among other improvements.

Project Summary
: Bellevue Hospital is one of the oldest and largest hospitals in the United States. It handles nearly 460,000 non-ER outpatient clinic visits, nearly 106,000 emergency visits and some 30,000 in-patients each year. MBE team was hired in May 2020 to help strategize filings with relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. We worked on initial emergency response filing as well as the sequencing of post- Covid-19 filings with renovating and relocating multiple floors of in-patient/out-patient and surgical wards.

The west tower is 540 ft. in height, the east tower is 470 ft. in height.

The tower will be the first hotel built in Harlem in nearly 85 years and will be topped by a rooftop bar with spectacular views over the neighborhood to Central Park and the Midtown Skyline.

Project Summary: 747 Third Avenue has repositioned itself as the premier Class A office building in the Grand Central District. The building’s newly completed renovation has transformed the lobby, including a state-of-the-art visitor access system, concierge desk and digital art. Design elements from the entrance carry throughout the lobby, extending to new common corridors, and feature striking, high-end materials and finishes. A signature green wall was installed echoing the same design language from the front entrance through the new plaza, a trademark of William Kaufman Organization buildings.

American Museum of Natural History

Project Summary
: The American Museum of Natural History’s Richard Gilder Center for Science, Education and Innovation (Gilder Center) will invite visitors to experience the Museum not only as a place of public exhibitions but as an active scientific and educational institution. Designed by architect Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang and set into the Columbus Avenue side of the Museum complex at 79th Street, the project will add exhibition galleries, state-of-the-art classrooms, an immersive theatre, a redesigned library, and a Collections Core that will reveal more of the Museum’s scientific collections. At a time of urgent need to enhance the public understanding of science, the Gilder Center will expand access to a broader range of the Museum’s resources for students, teachers, and families, offering new learning opportunities and inviting all visitors to share in the excitement of discovery.
